Our STS BEAT YOUR BEST programs are aimed at smashing your PB (personal best) run time over either 5km, 10km or 21km! Athlete progression is tracked with a run assessment at the start and end of the 8- 12-week program with awesome prizes for those who improved most! In order to help you reach your goal, we’ve also partnered with some of the best biokineticists and dieticians to make sure you are strong, injury-free and your nutritional needs are taken care of.
These programs cater for all levels of runners and for anyone, anywhere in the world as athletes get an online weekly training program which you can do on your own. No matter where you are, you will become part of our awesome STS community and will be added to our WhatsApp group for support and motivation.
