At STS we fully support the government’s decisio At STS we fully support the government’s decision to implement a 21-day lockdown and believe that it is the right thing to do to help stop the spread of COVID-19. 
And so with the lockdown just hours away, we wanted to remind you of a few things.
•
We encourage you to not stop training, rather adapt your training to suit your new environment. 
Exercise in moderation can actually boost one’s immune system, so if you can ride on your trainer, walk/run around the complex or do a home gym session.
•
STS will still be continuing with training; we will just be doing so in a different capacity. We will still be training each day, just in a slightly different way. Training will be sent out online and will be focused on things that you can do within your home. We have lots of awesome new content to share with you featuring training indoor sessions, exciting new things like recipes, online workouts and live sessions. •
Use the time to work on your base training if you have access to a trainer, treadmill or pool, try out some new recipes and start with some strength and conditioning.
•
Most importantly look after yourself and your family! Stay home, stay healthy and we’ll hopefully see you all back at group training once the lockdown is over🏊🏻‍♂️🚴🏼🏃🏽
