Our Try2Tri beginner program is aimed at beginners wanting to complete their FIRST Triathlon or for those simply wanting to improve their fitness level and be part of a community of likeminded, active people! The program runs over 12 – 16 weeks and ends off with a Sprint Triathlon!

*You are welcome to join ANY of the other STS training sessions (20+ a week to choose from!) should you not be a beginner in one of the individual disciplines or if it suits your schedule better. At every session we divide the group into 3 groups (beginners, intermediate and advanced) and try to have a coach for each of the different groups.
