Busy week, a few reminders:

• Tuesday 17:30 there's a *BEGINNERS MTB SKILLS CLINIC* – R50pp for STS members. Please RSVP as spots are limited and please wear tekkies 🙂
• Somerset West swim sessions have been added to the schedule on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons!
• Wednesday: 5km RUN and social at Blaawklippen Awesome prizes! Blaawklippen need numbers for catering purposes, so *please sign up before Tuesday* (free for sts members) http://triathlonsquad.co.za/ladytalk
• Friday = *MILE SWIM* event on at the ski dam. Will post link with more info soon.

Saturday
•6:30AM RUN, Landbousaal (+- 1hr easy trail run)
•7:30AM BIKE, Waterstone Village (2hr easy/beginner ride)
•PM SWIM, Gordon's Bay Sea Swim (time will be confirmed- depends on weather and sea conditions)

Sunday
• 6:30AM BIKE, Landbousaal (+- 3hr easy ride , 2 groups for intermediate/advanced riders. )
