Andrew Comrades

At 6am on Sunday, 14 June, Andrew Bird will be setting off to his 4th Comrades. He’ll be doing 10km loops through the town of Stellenbosch, hopefully completing all 90km. Comrades is known as the Ultimate Human Race and is a humbling and inspirational event. Andrew will be running the event to raise money for Helping Hands SA, which has been actively helping the needy in South Africa

After entering the event you will be sent your Weekly Challenge Calendar. Every day of the week there will be a workout or activity shown on the calendar that you must complete on that day. You can either do it with us- live on Instagram at 8AM- or on your own any time during the specific day
